Paper Sterilization Tubing

Packaging is an important step in the sterile processing of reusable medical devices. Sterilization packaging must:

• allow sterilization of enclosed devices
• maintain sterility until opened
• provide for aseptic delivery

Sterility maintenance or dust covers are protective plastic bags used to help maintain the sterility of an item by protecting it from the environment.

Features of Paper Sterilization Tubing

• Combines a blue film and a medical grade paper to provide breathability, sterile barrier and indication of processing.
• Includes an external process indicator for Steam and Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas sterilization.
• Seal the pouch mechanically with a heat sealer (e.g. heat-seal).
• all the same benefits as our paper pouch with the addition of customization.
• The tubing comes in a reel format where the pouch length is cut to size and then heat sealed along both ends.
• Ideal for long or odd-shaped instruments.
