We ship all orders via FedEx within 1-2 business days of order placement. We offer a variety of FedEx shipping services for expedited delivery; the cost for these services will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and chosen service level. While we don't offer free shipping, you may request a revised shipping quote for B2B, B2G and Reseller by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Our team can apply a perminent discount percentage for future orders.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

e. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
