Indication to use

1. For the preparation of the patient’s skin prior to surgery or injection. (Single).
2. Do not use with electrocautery.
3. Do not allow the solution to pool.
4. Remove wet materials from the prep area.
5. Use with care in premature infants or infants under 2 months of age. These products may cause irritation or chemical burns.
6. Discard the applicator after a single use.
7. Note that the applicator is latex-free and for external use.
8. Use in a well-ventilated area.
9. Do not use for lumbar puncture or in contact with the meninges.
10. Do not use on open wounds or as a general skin cleanser.
11. Do not use on patients with known allergies to CHG or IPA.
12. Keep the solution out of the eyes, ears and mouth.
13. Store between 15 to 30 C (59 to 86 F).
14. Avoid freezing and excessive heat above 40 C (104 F). Store within the recommended conditions to maintain the efficacy.
