How we will reduce emissions

To achieve our targets we have a multi-faceted approach that covers all aspects of our operations:

1. Energy Efficiency: We are upgrading our facilities with energy efficient lighting, HVAC systems and medical equipment to reduce energy consumption.
2. Renewable Energy: We are installing solar panels on suitable facilities and entering into power purchase agreements for renewable energy to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.
3. Sustainable Transportation: We are transitioning our vehicle fleet to electric and hybrid and encouraging staff to use low emission transport.
4. Waste Reduction: We have waste reduction and recycling programs in place across all facilities to reduce emissions from waste management.
5. Sustainable Procurement: We work with our suppliers to reduce emissions in our supply chain, prioritising low carbon and local products where possible.
6. Telemedicine: We are expanding our telemedicine services to reduce patient and staff travel and further reduce our carbon footprint.
