DRESSING FOAM MEPILEX BORDER-LITE – 281500

The Molnlycke 281500 is a 6″ x 6″ Mepilex Border-Lite Foam Dressing designed for the treatment of low-exuding acute and chronic wounds. This foam dressing is a versatile solution for a wide range of wounds making it an ideal choice for healthcare professionals. It is designed to create an optimal healing environment for moderate to high exuding wounds such as pressure ulcers, leg and foot ulcers, traumatic wounds, and other secondary healing wounds.

This dressing features Safetac technology, a unique and patented soft silicone adhesive technology that minimizes pain to the patient and trauma to the wound and surrounding skin. The Safetac layer seals the wound edges, preventing the exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin, thus minimizing the risk of maceration.

The Mepilex Border Lite Dressing is thin and comfortable to wear, and it conforms well to the body contours. It is showerproof, allowing the patient to shower with the dressing on. This dressing is intended for use under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It comes in a case of 50 dressings.
