The Port-A-Cath® Tray by Smiths Medical is a comprehensive set designed for the placement of a single-lumen standard portal. The portal, made from polysulfone and titanium, measures 28×14.6×11.4mm. The set also includes a PolyFlow® Polyurethane Catheter with a 5.8FR capacity. For ease of use, the set comes with a straight needle, a blunt needle, and a vein pick. An 18G introducer needle and a 6FR J-Guidewire are also included for precision. For added safety, the set features a 90° needle and a Gripper Plus Safety Needle. The set also includes two syringes and a tunneling tool for added convenience. A Point-Lok® Device is included to secure the catheter in place. This product comes in a case of 24 sets.
