The Smiths Medical MX456R is a Standard Bore Bifurcated Extension Set with a Rotating Male Luer Lock. This product is a part of Smiths Medical’s wide selection of standard bore extension sets that feature various add-on devices such as stopcocks, manifolds, Y-injection sites, and one-way valve manifolds. These extension sets are designed to enable higher flow rates and are widely used in Anesthesia, adult ICU, and the OR.
This specific extension set has an approximate priming volume of 0.6 mL and an overall length of 3″ (8 cm). It is also formulated without DEHP and is latex-free, making it safe for use by patients with latex allergies.
