The ‘Molnlycke 41160 – GLOVE, SURGICAL, BIOGEL, ULTRATOUCH’ is a top-of-the-line surgical glove designed for medical professionals. This product is a sterile, powder-free, non-latex polyisoprene glove that eliminates the risk of glove-related latex protein sensitization as it is made from a synthetic elastomer. The glove provides a level of fit, feel, and comfort comparable to natural rubber latex due to the similar molecular structure of synthetic polyisoprene to natural rubber latex.
The glove is typically 15% thinner than Biogel PI, offering improved sensitivity, making it ideal for use in all general surgeries or surgeries where latex allergies are a concern for patients or clinicians. The unique Biogel coating on the inner surface makes the gloves easy to don even with damp hands and soothes the skin to help prevent moisture loss.
Every glove is air inflation tested and visually inspected for quality assurance, offering an industry-leading AQL freedom from holes of 0.65. The gloves also have a low dermatitis potential, reducing the risk of sensitizing users to chemical additives.
