How to use 3M 09189EN FUTURO Knee Support Strap

1. Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin. |

2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener. |
 |
3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. DO NOT constrict blood flow. |
Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
